Working with Kim Misita was a true joy. She was patient with me and my husband (both in our 80s and not at all good with technology) and went out of her way, uncomplainingly taking the time to guide me step-by-step when I became annoyed or frustrated when trying to do something on the computer - and then when she realized I was a hopeless cause, going out of her way to bring me paper copies of information or forms that needed to be completed. In addition, she called, phoned, or stopped by frequently, just to make sure we weren't getting distressed with the selling process - even to offering several times to help with the packing. As first time home buyers (with practically no research done), Lauren as our buyer’s agent was truly God sent. She took time out to patiently explain the entire process to us ( even when we were not sure of purchasing any property in the near future). She sent us excellent property recommendations, keeping our budget and requirements in mind. She was very transparent at every stage , never pressurizing us to agree to something we were not comfortable with. She was extremely honest and conscientious- during the closing process; unfortunately the seller’s agent fell sick - Lauren immediately assumed the dual role and completed all pending tasks and volunteered to serve as the liaison between us and the seller’s attorney- all to ensure that the closing deadline was met. We would like to accord the highest recommendation possible to Lauren and her team for a job well done. Everyone I’ve worked with from Saritte’s team has been wonderful. I contacted them about a rental listing I saw online and was quickly lined up with Soumya. Moving to the area from out of state and with a new baby in tow, I was bracing for a rough move.
